Stoneware pitcher signed Oivier Roy (1942-2014). Arriving in Vallauris in 1962, he created utilitarian pieces in sandstone and earthenware before using porcelain around 1976. In the 1980s he abandoned "utility" to launch into sculptures and pieces of monumental shapes.
